Publication ethics

– The editors constantly monitor compliance with publication ethics.

– The editors accept previously unpublished materials; articles should contain new original scientific results; it is forbidden to publish the same article in several scientific journals; the editors do not consider manuscripts simultaneously submitted to other print and electronic media.

– The editors check the submitted manuscripts for plagiarism and for the presence of incorrect information and has the right to refuse to publish articles prepared by unscrupulous authors.

– The editors exclude interference of business interests with intellectual and ethical standards; all sources of any financial support for the project must be disclosed and indicated in the manuscript.  

– Each report on the fact of non-compliance with editorial ethics does not have a time limit and will be considered.  If errors and violations are found, the subsequent publication of the corresponding corrections, refutations or apologies is required.

– The article, if accepted for publication, is placed in the public domain; copyrights are reserved by the authors.

– The editors have the right to send any article for additional review at its discretion.

– The editors have the right to refuse to publish an article at any stage in the event of violations of the established rules for submitting and formatting articles.  

– The editors do not enter into theoretical discussions with authors, conflicts over articles that the editors accept or do not accept for publication.  

– No fee is paid to authors for articles published in the journal.

– The editors report to the editorial board on all their actions aimed at observing publication ethics.
